Effectively learn the process of constructing a Inferno Hot Pilates class, how to sequence and choreograph postures using cues, music and dialogue.

Review Basic Pilates Principles and learn how to apply proper alignment and technique to lead a safe and effective class. 

 

Each newly certified teacher will receive the IHP 102 page manual containing all that you need to know including pictures, diagrams of signature moves and correct sequencing.

Details

During the training, you will learn how to teach a 60 minute Inferno Hot Pilates Class. You will learn Pilates Principles, Sequences, Signature Moves, and How to Become an Effective Instructor.

There are no pre-requisites for the training. The training is designed to teach anyone who has an open mind, a passion for fitness, and a strong desire to make a difference. However, those who have a fitness background with experience teaching group classes will have a little head start. Regarding physical ability, we ask that everyone who teaches the class, to be able to complete a full class regularly and demonstrate proper form and alignment.

About the Instructor

Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Gabi grew up as an accomplished athlete, competing in Track and Field and winning her age group in many events including the Long Jump,
High Jump, 400m, and 800m distances. She moved to the US in 2002 to compete in Fitness where she competed in many events across the country. Only after suffering a severe knee injury, did she discovered Meditation, Yoga, and Pilates. Because of her knee injury, Gabi started to do more Yoga and Pilates, and it was here where she learned the benefits of low impact training, one which requires no jumping or running. It wasn't long until Gabi incorporated her track and field experience by using High Intensity Interval Training, or H.I.I.T, into her workouts. In 2009, she designed a class which became the basis for Inferno Hot Pilates — a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout, using Pilates principles. The room is heated to 95 degrees (F) with 40% humidity. It is designed for all fitness levels. It helps tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout. The class is performed with fast paced music making it fun and exciting. The class is super motivating, with students seeing results almost immediately.
