I first tried yoga into 2007; and two years later I was invited to a Bikram class. Although I was not too excited about trying Bikram yoga, and it felt like hell during class I felt great hours after the class.
I signed up for an introductory 7 day pass and went every day. As I continued my yoga journey I started eating better and drinking sufficient amounts of water throughout my day; I naturally quit drinking soda without any cravings.
I love how my journey has been a gateway to a healthier happier me. I truly feel Bikram yoga helps connect you with your true self.
