Broaden Your Practice
Vinyasa Yoga classes allow for a variety of postures synchronized into a rhythmic flow that will leave you relaxed, detoxified and re-centered! Heat improves circulation, metabolism and strengthens the cardiovascular system while sweating detoxifies the body and rejuvenates the skin.
No two classes will be the same as postures, music and dialogue are set and tailored by our Yoga Alliance certified teachers.
Postures are designed for all levels of Flow with a focus on:
- Strengthening Your Core
- Increase Upper Body Strength.
- Increase Flexibility
- Relax the Mind through synchronization of breath to posture
All partitioner of all Levels are welcome.
Jen is RYT 200. Her classes are passionate, challenging, flowing, warm-hearted and geared towards all levels of students. Jen's focus is on alignment to the individual not just the posture at hand.
Q&A Hot Vinyasa
What is Hot Vinyasa?
Vinyasa is the Sanskrit term for flow and refers to alignment of breath and movement to create a dynamic, flowing form of yoga. Our Hot Vinyasa classes are practiced in a room heated to 100 Degrees @ 40% humidity and are 60 minutes in length set to Soothing music.
Why would you do Hot Vinyasa?
Why not? Hot Vinyasa incorporates a a variety of postures that will not only strengthen your body but provide you with balance, flexibility and peace of mind. No two class are ever the same and teachers are encouraged to focus on the Yogi performing the asana.
