Q&A Hot Vinyasa

What is Hot Vinyasa?

Vinyasa is the Sanskrit term for flow and refers to alignment of breath and movement to create a dynamic, flowing form of yoga.  Our Hot Vinyasa classes are practiced in a room heated to 100 Degrees @ 40% humidity and are 60 minutes in length set to Soothing music.

Why would you do Hot Vinyasa?

Why not?  Hot Vinyasa incorporates a a variety of postures that will not only strengthen your body but provide you with balance, flexibility and peace of mind.  No two class are ever the same and teachers are encouraged to focus on the Yogi performing the asana.

How does it work?

Heat allows for muscles to ease through their full range of motion and improves circulation and metabolism while strengthening the cardiovascular system. Sweating aids in detoxifying the body and rejuvenates the skin.

How do I get started?

All you have to bring is 1) a yoga mat, 2) a towel, and 3) a large water. We offer introductory rate for new students who want to try it out and monthly memberships who wish to make Hot Vinyasa a regular part of their practice regimen.
