Buti® Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one movement method tones and sculpts the body while facilitating complete inner transformation. Buti® uses ancient cleansing techniques called "Kriyas" to stimulate and cleanse the deep abdominal organs and Chakra system - facilitating detoxification on physical, energetic and emotional levels.

Buti yoga  utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique™ (SST): a unique approach to muscle training developed by Bizzie Gold. Most movement methodologies focus exclusively on the linear plane of motion. The result? Overtraining some abdominal muscles, while neglecting others. You can only move up and down so many times. The SST™ trains ALL core muscles and is a critical engagement to prevent injury and maximize core strength and appearance.
